Hotel was very clean. They are in the middle of remodeling and doing a good job. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast buffet was good, a little cramped but good. My only complaint if I had to have one would be the young lady that checked us in was not very friendly, she wasn't rude but made you feel like you were bothering her. I would stay again if in this area again.
My wife and kids had a amazing stay. The room was Very clean and comfortable.. The staff was amazing. The pool was amazing that I did not enjoy, but the kids and my wife was telling me about.the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you so much. The price was reasonable.
This hotel was clean, bright, quiet and safe. Not many late food options but the gas stations nearby had a lot of convenience options. Room was perfect and large and the overall price was a good value. Front desk was the smoothest I have ever had with a check in. This will be my go to when working the Rockford area.
This is our second stay at Baymont on Lyford. We only really sleep at the hotel as we're in town to see family. Check in is a breeze. Location is convenient. Pet friendly. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is a bit limited but there is a Cracker Barrel across the parking lot. Beds are comfortable. My only real (petty) complaint is the TV stations available--the choices are just "meh". I know I said we really only use the hotel for sleeping but we do like to climb into bed and find a little something to watch before falling asleep.
We went to visit my brother. This hotel was clean newly remodel. The breakfast was very good lots of choices. The staff was very nice and understanding with my son and is autism. The one down side I would say is the shower was the the warmest in the morning but not a deal breaker. This is probably were we will stay from now on when we visit my brother
Great room for the price, nice water pressure in the bathroom, and quality was better than expected! We had a double queen room and it had a nice kitchenette and two windows. We stayed in room 302, and it was nice. Thanks!
Hotel was in pretty good shape. Staff were awesome.The room was a 1 bedroom king suite and was absolutley super. Only had 1 problem and thats the tv. Tv was large enough but no channel guide showing whats on and whats coming on later. Breakfast was surprising.Saturday morning 12-19 no meat Sunday no eggs NOR meat.Nice having 3 waffle irons Attendent did great job keeping everything else for breakfast well supplied(could use 1 more toaster)
We booked the Baymont the same day and had to arrive early for check in. The front desk person, Jessica was so kind, understanding and helpful. She allowed us to wait in the conference room until our room was ready and offered water and she made sure we knew that there was complimentary beverages available in the dining area. Also, to secure our safety she made us aware of someone on the outside of the hotel that possibly be a threat to us and called the room when he was no longer there . Acts of kindness ALWAYS has my attention and I will be back for more than a one night stay. Thanks Jessica and your staff and also a shout out to the lady who was the Dining room attendant…..super nice .
